Providing false registration information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or contact details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time of closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. bak33 will treat all activity conducted through your account as your own activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bak33 support immediately via live chat. bak33 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to secure your credentials.
Deposits & Withdrawals
Financial transactions, processing times, and limits on the bak33 platform
bak33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No international credit or debit cards, bank wire transfers, or cryptocurrency transactions are supported at this time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. bak33 does not charge a processing fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bak33's control.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes for standard account tiers. Players at Silver tier and above in the bak33 Loyalty Program receive priority processing. bak33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before approving withdrawal requests. This may include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method registered to the account. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bak33 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder via the registered contact information before applying any dormancy policy. Where a dormant account holds a balance, bak33 will retain that balance in trust and will release it upon the account holder contacting support and completing any required verification steps. Dormant accounts do not accrue interest on retained balances.
Bonuses & Promotions
How promotional offers work and the wagering requirements that apply
Promotional offers made available by bak33, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers, are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of each offer. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration, passed any applicable age verification, and made a qualifying deposit during the promotion period. bak33 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
All bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — for example, live casino table games may contribute a different percentage toward the wagering requirement than slots. Attempts to exploit bonus offers through low-risk betting strategies, hedge betting, or collusion with other players may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to expiry. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms at the time of issue. bak33 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct
Actions that are prohibited on the bak33 platform and the consequences of breach
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bak33 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals: (a) providing false or misleading registration information; (b) using a bak33 account on behalf of a third party; (c) attempting to manipulate game outcomes through software, bots, or technical exploits; (d) engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform; (e) using multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; (f) colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute with your mobile financial service provider in respect of any transaction made at bak33 is a material breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, bak33 reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account, void all winnings credited since the disputed transaction, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through any legal means available. Players who believe a transaction has been processed in error must contact bak33 support directly before initiating any dispute with their payment provider.
All content on the bak33 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content, is the intellectual property of bak33 or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, or otherwise exploit any content from the bak33 platform without prior written permission. This restriction includes capturing screenshots for commercial use or sharing platform content on third-party channels without authorisation.
Responsible Gaming & Account Closure

Upon receiving a closure request, bak33 will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining balance to the payment method registered on your account, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days. If you close your account while a self-exclusion is active, the self-exclusion terms take precedence and the account will remain closed for the duration of the exclusion period regardless of any subsequent request to reopen.
Limitation of Liability & Amendments
The extent of bak33's liability and our right to update these Terms
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bak33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if bak33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. bak33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bak33 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond bak33's reasonable control (including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or acts of government) may result in temporary platform unavailability. bak33 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance. No compensation will be payable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability unless directly caused by bak33's proven negligence.
bak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bak33 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered account holders via their registered contact information or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bak33 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 5.3.
